Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design, training, and iteration of large-scale hotel scenario models (such as guest room voice interaction models and intelligent service recommendation models). Based on open-source models, fine-tune them for domain adaptation, optimizing the model's response accuracy in hotel business scenarios (check-in consultation, equipment control, local service recommendations) (target ≥95%).
2. Design integration solutions for the large-scale models and smart hotel systems, develop model call interfaces (RESTful API/GRPC), and connect to terminals such as smart speakers, guest room tablets, and hotel apps to realize scenario-based functions such as "voice control of lighting and air conditioning," "intelligent response to guest room requests," and "generation of local travel guides."
3. Integrate multimodal data such as text, voice, and images to develop multimodal interaction functions for hotel scenarios, such as "image recognition of missing items in guest rooms," "voice + vision combined identity verification," and "multi-turn conversational service reservations," to improve the user experience.
4. Construct high-quality datasets for the hotel domain (check-in dialogues, equipment control commands, service feedback data), design data cleaning, labeling, and augmentation schemes; based on user feedback and business data, continuously optimize model performance through RLHF to reduce service error rates.
5. Write technical solution documents, deployment manuals, and performance test reports for large-scale models; participate in cross-team collaborations (with product, embedded systems, and backend teams) to promote the implementation of large-scale model functions in hotel pilot projects and resolve technical issues during the launch process.

Requirements：

1. Master's degree or above (outstanding undergraduates may be considered), majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related fields; 3+ years of experience in developing large AI models; experience in fine-tuning or deploying open-source large models.
2. Proficient in machine learning/deep learning theory, familiar with Transformer architecture principles, mastering the entire process of large model training (pre-training), inference optimization, and able to independently complete the closed loop from model development to deployment.
3. Proficient in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and large model toolchains (Hugging Face Transformers/PEFT/DeepSpeed); experience in distributed training (multi-GPU/multi-machine) and parallel model optimization.
4. Strong programming skills, proficient in Python, familiar with Linux environment development, able to write efficient data processing scripts and model calling code;

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the backend development of the hotel's PMS (Property Management System), IoT device platform, and membership service platform. Utilizing the Java ecosystem (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud), implement core business modules such as room status management, order processing, and check-in, ensuring system and data consistency.

2. Designed and developed device data receiving interfaces to connect to embedded hardware terminals (smart guest room controls, self-service check-in machines), enabling real-time device status synchronization and command issuance to support scenarios such as "seamless check-in" and "smart services."

3. Optimized database query efficiency, designed caching strategies and asynchronous processing solutions to address peak order volumes and device request volumes during peak hotel periods (holiday check-in/check-out), ensuring a system concurrent processing capacity of 1000+ TPS.

4. Designed a user permission system to isolate permissions for hotel employees, customers, and maintenance personnel, integrating security mechanisms such as data encryption and interface signature verification to ensure the confidentiality of room data and member privacy.

5. Integrate with third-party platforms (OTA booking channels, payment systems, public security network registration systems) to resolve interface compatibility and data synchronization delay issues; based on user feedback (such as optimizing the check-out process), complete system function iterations and bug fixes.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the embedded software design, coding, and debugging of intelligent guest room control (lighting, air conditioning, curtains), self-service check-in terminals, and energy consumption monitoring equipment. Implement system functions based on STM32/NXP MCUs and Linux/RTOS (FreeRTOS/RT-Thread).

2. Develop peripheral drivers for UART/I2C/SPI, adapt to wireless communication modules such as ZigBee/Bluetooth Mesh/Wi-Fi, and integrate protocols such as MQTT/Modbus/TCP/IP to ensure stable interconnection between devices and the cloud and guest room control systems.

3. Implement one-click switching between preset scenarios such as "Welcome/Sleep/Reading," develop intelligent logic such as human body sensing and light sensor linkage, optimize low-power performance, and achieve an annual energy saving target of over 500 kWh per room.

4. Participate in data integration between intelligent hardware and the hotel's PMS system and IoT platform, resolve cross-system communication anomalies and timing conflicts, and improve system concurrency processing capabilities and stability.

5. Compile technical documents such as Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), API manuals, and test reports; maintain Git/SVN code versions; and iterate and optimize products based on user feedback and industry trends.

6. Work closely with hardware, testing, and product teams to participate in hardware circuit reviews, board-level debugging (JTAG/SWD), and EMC/security certification related work.
